Truform Manufacturing has successfully launched the P32R Diffuser Assembly. This was a “Fast Tracked” takeover program that fits nicely in line with Truform’s recently added 660 ton press capacity! In the picture below, Cynthia Cunningham is shown running initial sample parts.

Truform launches new parts
In June Truform Manufacturing successfully launched the left and right hand Side Support Members for the Nissan X61B Platform (Nissan Frontier). Seen in the photo below are Angela Gupton and Steven Wynn as parts are passed from the robotic MIG welding cell to the EPC inspection area.
Truform University Class of 2017
Congratulations to our latest graduates of Truform University, Class of 2017! All Truform employees receive training in multiple subject matters such as: the TS16949 quality system, customer expectations, manufacturing and operations procedures, plant measurables, and part conformance. Shown in the image are the latest group of students taking their final exams.
Truform Manufacturing Press Additions Near Completion
The recent purchase of two additional progressive presses (330 ton & 660 ton Stamtec) is nearing completion. Installation is planned for July 2017. These additional progressive presses will include Link press controls, Dallas servo roll feeders and Wardcraft underground scrap collection systems. These new presses will be serviced by Deshazo full bay span bridge cranes.
Our new 12,500 square foot addition to building #1 will provide ample space for the additional 660-ton press with space reserved for an additional future large bed press. The 330 ton press will be located in the current press shop.
Truform Manufacturing Expansion Underway
Truform Manufacturing is currently expanding its Dickson Tennessee facility. The Current facility has recently been expanded to include a second press bay that is designed to house large bed heavy tonnage presses. Currently two new presses are under construction with an anticipated start-up of July 2017.
In addition to the expansion of the current building, a second building that will house high speed assembly operations in support of American Hinge Technologies is also under construction. Phase 1 of building 2 will consist of 20,000 square feet with a potential expansion up to 80,000 square feet. Building two occupancy is scheduled for August 2017.
