Truform Manufacturing has recently added Sheet Metal Fabrication capabilities to its list of core competencies. Building upon Truform’s in-depth engineering and product design know-how, Truform has purchased state-of-the-art equipment and attracted world-class, skilled fabrication personnel to support its fabrication division. Truform works with its tier one customers from conception through product design and ultimate, on-time delivery providing world-class engineering support that other smaller sheet metal and fabrication suppliers are unable to provide.
The addition of this new fabrication division and these new, world-class processes provide Truform the ability to offer complimentary capabilities for their existing customer base as well as expands their ability to penetrate new opportunities within new markets and industries.

- 5’x10’ over/under quick change table
- Laser etch capability
- Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum, and Copper
- Thicknesses up to ½” thick
- 130-ton CNC brake press
- (2) 80-ton CNC brake presses
- 3-meter press brake bed
- (2) 22-ton turret presses
- TIG, MIG, and Resistance welding capability
- Experience and capabilities for automated Robotic welding when applications and volumes can be justified
- Design capability in SolidWorks and SheetWorks
- Online and offline programming capabilities
- Real-Time Production reporting and tracking via integrated MRP System
