Our team of tooling engineers with our tool and die makers help maintain our zero defect performance. We develop and maintain a full detail CAD library for each tool in use as well as an inventory of critical spare details. We have complete in-house wire EDM capability and are able to provide repair or replacement details with heat treat, Tig welding, machining, and final precision grinding capabilities. Tooling design and metal forming is a core competency and we go to great lengths in designing, maintaining, and using our tooling assets.
