Truform Manufacturing Press Additions Near Completion

The recent purchase of two additional progressive presses (330 ton & 660 ton Stamtec) is nearing completion. Installation is planned for July 2017. These additional progressive presses will include Link press controls, Dallas servo roll feeders and Wardcraft underground scrap collection systems. These new presses will be serviced by Deshazo full bay span bridge cranes.

Our new 12,500 square foot addition to building #1 will provide ample space for the additional 660-ton press with space reserved for an additional future large bed press. The 330 ton press will be located in the current press shop.

Truform Manufacturing Expansion Underway

Truform Manufacturing is currently expanding its Dickson Tennessee facility.  The Current facility has recently been expanded to include a second press bay that is designed to house large bed heavy tonnage presses.  Currently two new presses are under construction with an anticipated start-up of July 2017.

In addition to the expansion of the current building, a second building that will house high speed assembly operations in support of American Hinge Technologies is also under construction.  Phase 1 of building 2 will consist of 20,000 square feet with a potential expansion up to 80,000 square feet.  Building two occupancy is scheduled for August 2017.
