A Brown & Sharpe Xcel 9159 CMM matched with PCDMIS creates a solid measuring platform. We provide complete dimensional metrology support for PPAP requirements measuring using customer required GD&T or linear measurements. Each process gage is routinely qualified for in-house use with annual calibrations completed on key measuring tools. Using advanced laser scanning with a FARO EDGE having a 9 ft. reach allows us to scan tooling, components, and any process related item with laser accuracy. We use both measurement specific and reverse engineering software for inspection. We can provide Metallographic weld inspection for penetration, micro - part optical inspection, and spring related P1, P2 qualification.
